    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex international employment requirements.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as the main point of contact for contractor employees in the UAE, Latin America, and more, addressing queries, concerns, and day-to-day HR needs.
    • Collaborate closely with the UAE and international Sales lead to align PX strategies with business priorities.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
    • Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor regulations and reflect cultural and legal considerations.
    • Provide proactive guidance on risk mitigation and legal compliance in employment processes.
  • Core PX Support
    • Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
    • Guide managers on performance management, employee development, and engagement strategies.
    • Oversee offboarding procedures to ensure a positive employee experience and legal compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including international HR, with a strong focus on compliance and labor laws in the UAE or similar regions.
  • Proven track record of supporting entity setup and contractor-to-FTE transitions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across time zones and diverse teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of standard HR processes (hiring, performance management, offboarding, etc.).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
