Team Overview

The Sales Enablement team equips the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to enhance their effectiveness. 

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Readiness Program Manager to join our team.

 

In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of sales readiness initiatives to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to succeed. You will partner closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to create impactful programs that accelerate sales productivity and improve overall team performance.

 

Your day-to-day job responsibilities include:

    • Design and implement comprehensive sales readiness programs, aligning with company goals and sales strategies.
    • Develop and refine onboarding and continuous learning frameworks to reduce ramp-up time for new sales hires and upskill existing team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and product updates, ensuring alignment in training content and delivery.
    • Create and maintain role-specific enablement programs for Account Executives, Solution Specialists, Sales Managers and other sales roles.
    • Leverage learning platforms to deliver engaging and effective training experiences, such as virtual workshops, e-learning modules, and in-person sessions.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of sales readiness initiatives.
    • Build relationships across the organization to promote alignment and adoption of sales readiness initiatives. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning and Development or Program Management.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing sales readiness or enablement programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (including Salesforce and Sales Enablement Content Management Platforms).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling training materials and present to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset to measure and improve processes.
  • Highly organized and structured with attentiveness to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, Technology, or educational organizations.
  • Certification in sales training programs such as Challenger, Sandler, or MEDDIC
  • Experience in quota-carrying Sales role

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,300 - $110,300 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
