Responsibilities

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications built upon our enterprise data warehouse. This role requires a blend of strong data engineering fundamentals, applied AI development, and full-stack delivery via Streamlit or similar frameworks. The ideal candidate is business-savvy, capable of translating complex data requirements into user-friendly AI tools, and can work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • AI Development:   Design and implement AI/ML models leveraging structured and unstructured data from our data warehouse.
  • Data Integration:  Partner, design and build  data pipelines from source to end target, transforming data for model consumption.
  • Application Delivery:  Build interactive web-based applications using Streamlit to expose AI solutions to end users.
  • Business Validation:  Work closely with business stakeholders to understand use cases, validate outputs, and iterate on functionality.
  • Technical Leadership:  Guide best practices in model selection, experimentation, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Documentation & Handoff:  Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with clear documentation for future scaling.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
  • Expert-level Python development, including libraries such as Pandas, duckdb
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand large language models development, working with MCPs and RAG architectrure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with in the cloud, AWS and Snowflake
  • Proficient with Streamlit or similar Python-based frameworks to build front-end interfaces for AI applications.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $103,200 - $137,500 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
