The Sales Enablement team equips the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to enhance their effectiveness. The team streamlines processes, provides product knowledge, and optimizes communication strategies to drive successful sales outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

Description

As a Revenue Enablement Manager aligned to our Frontline Management team, you will be a strategic partner to sales leadership, responsible for improving sales productivity and performance through targeted enablement programs. Your day-to-day will focus on equipping the sales leaders with the tools, training, and insights they need to succeed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, offering insights and recommendations to improve team productivity.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable insights
  • Training: Develop and deliver continuous training programs tailored to frontline manager needs. Lead bi-weekly manager calls, focused on peer-to-peer learning. Provide onboarding support for new managers.
  • Coaching & Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to managers to help them exceed targets and improve team performance.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on enablement initiatives and promote adoption.
  • Tool & Process Enablement: Drive adoption of sales tools and Sales Leadership Playbook, ensure they are embedded into daily workflows. Ensure easy access to relevant content and tools through enablement platforms. 
  • Feedback & Iteration:Gather feedback from the field to refine programs and improve sales outcomes.
  • Industry Awareness:Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and integrate them into your programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning & Development, or Program Management.
  • Proven success supporting or working with Sales leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling training materials and deliver to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or educational organizations.
  • Background in a quota-carrying sales role, preference in sales management role.
  • Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Experience with change management and driving behavioral adoption.
  • Experience with revenue intelligence and sales analytics tools.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $105,900 - $136,900 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
