Team Overview

The Services Sales team works closely together to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success by selling post-implementation Day 2 services. The team offers cross-portfolio support, all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

Description

The Services Design Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Services Sales Organization, working closely with services leadership to develop marketing initiatives that align with the needs of school districts. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of professional services bookings through targeted campaigns, high-quality marketing collateral, and webinars.

  • Collaborate with services leaders to design marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of educational organizations to drive awareness and generate leads for professional services offerings. 
  • Create, update, and help maintain a comprehensive suite of services marketing collateral, flyers, presentations, case studies, and digital content. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all services marketing initiatives. 
  • Support the content of external services marketing webinars. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. 
  • Participate in and support other ad hoc marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite  
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management  
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in K-12 education a plus 
  • Web/graphic design experience a plus 
  • Knowledge of PowerSchool products a plus

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $52,200 - $79,400 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
