Our Product team leads the direction, coordination, output, quality, and enhancements to PowerSchool’s product portfolio. This dynamic, multi-functional team ensures the effective rollout of new products across the platform, packages and positions products to appeal to consumers, and helps set the future direction and pace of innovation in our organization.
The Program Manager drives execution and operational consistency across key Product organization initiatives. This role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to cross-functional programs by owning coordination across people, processes, systems, and data.
This is a generalist Product Operations role that blends program ownership, systems management, enablement, and continuous improvement. The scope includes managing priority programs (e.g., SAP / EOL, Pricing Council, SLT initiatives), maintaining supporting systems and reporting, and reinforcing consistent ways of working across Product. Program ownership and focus areas will evolve based on organizational priorities.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $94,000 - $132,600 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
