Responsibilities

Description

Vice President of Global Channels build and scale a global partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue growth for a leading Education Technology SaaS provider serving K-12, state Departments of Education, Departments of Labor and workforce learning organizations.

This executive will design and lead the company’s global partner strategy across resellers, system integrators, distributors, and public sector partners, transforming partnerships into a major driver of ARR growth and GRR retention.

 

The Alliances team cultivates external relationships with strategic partners, sharing expertise, skills, and capabilities in support of the alliance as part of a mutually beneficial partnership.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Own material ARR, expansion, and GRR in K‑12 and public‑sector education
  • Control market access through contracts, partners, and procurement vehicles
  • Design the education GTM model for scale and coverage
  • Operate as an executive peer shaping company strategy
  • Lead a global organization of leaders
  • Carry multi‑year growth and risk accountability

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years in SaaS or technology go-to-market leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years building, leading, and scaling global channel ecosystems or strategic partnerships with measurable revenue ownership
  • Experience scaling revenue through partner-led distribution
  • Experience in structuring complex enterprise or institutional partnerships
  • Experience leading cross-functional GTM execution
  • Travel occasionally, up to 20-25%, for key moments such as team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education technology or adjacent vertical SaaS
  • Experience with public sector or institutional sales
  • Experience building international partner ecosystems
  • Experience working in venture-backed high-growth companies

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $268,300 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
