PowerSchool powers education for more than 45 million users worldwide. Our Analytics & Insights products help K–12 districts bring together data from across their ecosystem and turn it into meaningful information that supports better decisions, stronger student outcomes, and more effective school and district operations.
We are evolving Analytics & Insights from a reporting and dashboard platform into a decision intelligence experience organized around trusted data, metrics, insights, recommendations, actions, and measurable outcomes. This move requires a product leader who can modernize the existing analytics business while shaping the next generation of metric-driven, insight-rich experiences for educators and district leaders.
As Senior Product Manager for Metrics & Analytics Experience, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for the analytics experience layer of Analytics & Insights. Your mission is to move the product from dashboard-first navigation toward a metrics-centered experience where districts can define, customize, monitor, benchmark, and understand the measures that matter most to them.
This role sits at the intersection of customer analytics needs, product experience, trusted data models, and AI-enabled insight delivery. You will maintain and evolve the current analytics business, including dashboards, out-of-the-box reporting, and core reporting workflows, while building toward a more flexible, metrics-centered future that supports metric catalogs, customer-defined metrics, benchmarking, drill-down, cross-domain measures, and embedded insights and recommendations.
You will partner across data platform, semantic layer, and AI-driven intelligence teams to ensure metrics are clearly defined, consistently modeled, trusted by customers, and delivered through intuitive product experiences. This includes shaping requirements for metric definitions, semantic-layer dependencies, data quality, implementation speed, explainable insights, and recommendation experiences that help districts move from understanding performance to taking informed action.
