Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology to lead the technologies and services that help our employees do their best work every day.

The successful candidate is hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution: someone comfortable coaching a team, solving operational challenges, partnering across the business, and finding smarter ways to simplify and automate how work gets done.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the employee technology experience—from IT service delivery and endpoint management to workplace technology, automation, asset lifecycle, and executive support. You’ll lead a team focused on delivering reliable, secure, and easy-to-use technology while continuously improving how we operate.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Technology team, creating clear ownership, priorities, and service expectations.
  • Own and continuously improve IT service management practices across incidents, requests, problems, changes, onboarding, offboarding, and escalations.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of employee devices, including provisioning, deployment, support, refresh, recovery, and retirement.
  • Ensure our workplace and collaboration technologies are reliable, secure, and easy for employees to use.
  • Partner closely with Security and Identity teams on endpoint security, access management, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
  • Improve the employee technology experience through automation, self-service, better documentation, and simpler, more consistent processes.
  • Manage technology assets, vendors, licensing, and lifecycle planning with an eye toward service quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Use service data and employee feedback to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and measure results.
  • Partner across IT, Security, HR, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and other teams to deliver technology solutions that support the business.
  • Provide effective escalation support for executives and business-critical technology issues.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, IT operations, workplace technology, end-user computing, infrastructure, or a related area.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
  • Experience managing employee technology services in a distributed or multi-site organization.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL principles.
  • Experience managing enterprise endpoints and device lifecycles using Microsoft Intune or a comparable platform.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint security, and modern workplace technologies.
  • A track record of improving operations through automation, standardization, self-service, and process improvement.
  • Strong vendor-management and technology-cost-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and judgment, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows 365, Automox, Qualys, Azure, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with workflow automation, scripting, APIs, or AI-enabled IT support.
  • ITIL, Microsoft, security, or endpoint-management certifications.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll create an Enterprise Technology organization known for reliable service, a great employee experience, strong security and compliance, faster resolution, increased automation, accurate asset management, disciplined technology spending, and a capable team that continually gets better.
