Overview

The Marketing Strategic Programs Specialist will be responsible for supporting project and program management functions across Marketing including reviewing, inputting, coordinating, and tracking marketing projects and programs to keep projects visible and moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful management and daytoday operation of marketing projects as assigned by leadership. Projects can range from long-term to short-term projects
  • Serve as a liaison representing marketing interest in cross-functional projects – stakeholders may include team members outside of marketing that need marketing support or guidance
  • Review processes for improvement to optimize workflow and communication across the team
  • Participates in organizational meetings to take detailed briefs to ensure specific requirements of each project are met
  • Assists in the development and management of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Builds and governs detailed project plans across multiple platforms (WorkFront, Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, Confluence, etc.) – ensuring on-time and on budget execution and executive level read outs consistently
  • Create/update process and procedure manuals/playbooks for scalable, repeatable execution
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or business
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience, Marketing preferred
  • Passion to improve process, streamline technology, and improve performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work without much direction.
  • Highly organized individual, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently on several projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures, while developing and creating documentation for repeatable execution for the marketing team
  • Skill in defining problems, reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, marketing concepts, methods and techniques
  • The ability and desire to thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving, cross-functional team culture.
  • Experienced using Office 365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation hourly rate for this position is $24.05 - $26.25. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
