Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist is a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual who has a passion for supporting a Sales team to achieve business targets. This role will be a key resource on execution of sales onboarding, training and enablement programs and working both across Sales and cross-functionally in services to Sales success.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Assist sales team with assigned Enablement tasks and work on initiatives to enable sales team
  • Support onboarding and training of new Sales employees and may include creation and/or development of enablement content, tools and resources.
  • Support ongoing enablement efforts, including but not limited to training, sales process, sales tools, and enablement programs and events, may include creation and/or development of content.
  • Collaborates with other departments such as Services or Marketing on development of Sales Enablement programs
  • Uncover gaps in processes, operations, reporting, and developing solutions alongside cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Operates under direct supervision with regular reviews of work, and at times with minimal supervision 
  • Executes against assigned goals and Sales Enablement competencies

Qualifications

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2+ years' experience working in Sales Enablement, Sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of various sales enablement tools such as: Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Salesforce knowledge a plus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” 
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple departments 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $61,752.87 – $70,015.00. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
