Overview

As Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for devising and running marketing campaigns that address school districts’ needs and generate pipeline & bookings aligned with organizational targets. Multiple campaigns and programs are overseen at any given time and can include a variety of tactics including digital, direct mail, print, webinars, events, etc. Campaign Managers work with internal and external parties to execute campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness. 

Responsibilities

  • Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers  
  • Oversee the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns across all channels including email, PPC, social, display, nurturing, retargeting, print and experiential  
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external parties, such as designers, writers, presenters, who will deliver much of the campaign activity  
  • Ensure Campaign Leads work within their given budget and manage any variations to budgets 
  • Proofread content and ensure PowerSchool’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels as needed  
  • Oversee demand generation programs which meet goals for Marketing Qualified Leads, Opportunities, and Marketing Originated Pipeline 
  • Forge a strong relationship with sales, product marketing, customer success including regular communication resulting in a unified campaign strategy driving qualified leads 
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results and work with the demand gen team to set overall strategy through analysis of historical data, product seasonality, and product launches 
  • Forecast and present to senior management campaign performance and ROI 
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns  
  • Understand and continue to learn current trends in marketing and how to apply them to PowerSchool demand gen strategies 
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to create compelling content for outbound programs that solidifies PowerSchool’s leadership position and differentiates us in the marketplace 

Qualifications

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required 

 

Qualifications include: 

  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably demand gen 
  • Proven track record of success in marketing programs, B2B experience preferred 
  • Experience building and developing campaigns in a complex product environment 
  • Salesforce CRM, 6sense, and Marketo experience strongly preferred 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and numerical skills 
  • Experience working directly with Sales or education industry 
  • Strong understanding of ABM and field best practices re: personalization at scale, customer acquisition, lead generation, content, display advertising, email marketing

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $90,000 – $135,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
