Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst will provide insights to various portions of the sales organization.This person must be able to present to business leaders and complete projects independently with minimal guidance. Building various dashboards in different systems (DOMO, Tableau, SFDC, Excel) and providing meaningful, actionable insights.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and works cross-functionally with members of other departments in PowerSchool. Be a part of the “backbone” of a sales organization and join a rapidly growing, award-winning K-12 software company!

Responsibilities

  • Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

    • Provide standard and ad-hoc revenue and performance reporting/analysis, business reviews, build reports/sales tools, maintain systems infrastructure
    • Build and maintain dashboards in DOMO, Tableau, Clari, Excel and SFDC
    • A passion for understanding, developing, improving, and streamlining sales tools and reports for better-guiding sales teams in setting selling strategies
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to ensure alignment of goals and processes
    • Help support On-going Territory planning
    • Comp Plan Amendments & Annual Comp Plan Generation
    • DocuSign Ownership & Tracking (Amendments)
    • Assist in AOP Planning
    • Assist in Holdover/Exception Process Management & Execution
    • Ad-hoc requests for reporting

Qualifications

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 

                                          

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations in a SaaS company
  • Previous experience driving projects and activities to successful conclusions
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Excel, DOMO, and Tableau knowledge Required
  • Advanced SFDC, Clari and CRMA knowledge Preffered
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with other PowerSchool departments
  • Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesizing large volumes of data into meaningful and concise reports and actionable findings
  • Able to work independently, multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $88,350 – $90,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
