The Services Solution Sales Representative is responsible for selling our services solutions to public and private school districts in an assigned territory. The Representative’s role is to achieve company-designated professional services sales targets, and as part of that prospect, qualify and build relationships with existing customers in their assigned territory. The Representative must be proficient in qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, presenting, and explaining the benefits of PowerSchool Professional Services solutions, building strategic business plans, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
As a Program Manager at PowerSchool, you will play a critical role in managing our sprints for engineering and product teams across a variety of products. You will work closely with both engineering and product management teams to execute on the strategic vision, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting product launches, enablement and maintaining accurate operational and capitalized expense profiles to support financial planning and reporting.
The Application Specialist ensures an efficient software operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving escalated end user help requests. You will be responsible for working with the business to design, develop, implement, integrate, and support PowerSchool’s applications. This person is also responsible for defining, documenting and implementing best practices and standards.
The Account Representative, Enterprise Sales will have ownership over and carry a quota for assigned territories and named accounts. Successful candidates will be experts at developing champion relationships, telling a complex and powerful value proposition story, hunting for new business, and end-to-end pipeline and relationship management including expanding and up-selling.
This position, under the general direction of the director, is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, quality and output of employees that provide technical support for our award-winning K-12 software systems. This position ensures that our employees provide world class solutions-oriented technical support with a strong focus on customer service that is designed to maximum customer satisfaction while reaching our target goals. This position drives process improvements while motivating others to accurately analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software or system related issues. This position will interact with customers via telephone and/or written internet based communication and will be responsible for driving customer loyalty. Additionally, this position will provide leadership and guidance to evolve our operations while supporting new and existing products and services for a wide range of customers.
This is a Customer-facing project implementation role. Candidate must have required skills and experience for defining and performing complex integration development work, in addition to strong communication and organizational leadership skills to act as the overall Tech Lead for assigned projects.
