The Application Specialist ensures an efficient software operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving escalated end user help requests. You will be responsible for working with the business to design, develop, implement, integrate, and support PowerSchool’s applications.
